How the lottery works

Open to low- and middle-income households, generally up to 120% of Area Median Income. Mixed-income by design.
2. Submit an application
Free to apply through the Seattle Social Housing Developer when the lottery opens.

Homes are awarded by lottery and matched to household size and income tier.
